ABOUT US

We are FRC Team 9622, also known as GRIDLOCK. Our students represent Garrett Morgan School of Engineering and Innovation. During our rookie season (the 2023-2024 school year), our team put in a lot of effort to build our robot.

 

Even though we are a rookie team, we are very determined and we will always go above and beyond with our positive attitude. As a team, we hope to inspire other teams to learn that practice makes perfect and to try new things. 

 

Garrett Morgan School of Engineering and Innovation is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD). Our team is comprised of approximately 35 students from a high school where more than 80% belong to groups that are underrepresented in STEM, and the high school is a 100% free and reduced lunch school.
